Dr Gina Theodoridis

Dr Gina Theodoridis obtained her orthodontic degree from the New York University’s School of Dentistry in the US. Ranked top of her class, she was honoured with the Theodore L. Jerrold Memorial Award for Clinical Excellence. After completing her specialisation, she fulfilled a teaching fellowship at the New York University, where she served as a faculty member for two years. She has been working intensely with aligners since 2000 when the technique was born. She has published articles and is an international lecturer about aligner treatment, as well as combinations of aligners and orthodontic mini implants. In 2015, she was involved in the establishment of the Greek Orthodontic Aligner Study Club, a peer-based study team founded in Athens in Greece; she has been the clinical team manager of this group. She is also a founding member of the Greek Orthodontic Aligner Society and since 2018, an elected member of its board. She maintains a private practice in Athens in Greece.
Dr Theodoridis is the president-elect of the European Aligners Society for 2025.
